These terms apply to your use of nexoravaults.com and to enquiries you send through it. By using the site you agree to them. Project work is governed by the written proposal or agreement we sign with each client, which takes priority over these terms if they conflict.

Our services
We offer website design, website management, UGC video ads, realistic AI twins and avatars, and UGC ads creation. The service pages describe what each service can include. They are not an offer that binds us: scope, price, timeline and deliverables are agreed in writing for each project before work starts.
Enquiries and quotes
Sending a message through the contact form does not create a contract. A project begins only when both sides confirm a written proposal. Quotes are valid for the period stated in them.
Client content and permissions
If you give us text, images, logos, video, voice recordings or likenesses, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them. For AI twins and avatars, you confirm that the person shown has given consent to be recreated and that you have the right to use their face, voice and likeness. We may decline work that appears to impersonate a person, mislead audiences or break the law.
Intellectual property
The site design, text, graphics, code and videos on nexoravaults.com belong to Nexora Vaults or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Rights in finished work for a client pass to the client as set out in the project agreement, usually after full payment. We may show completed client work in our portfolio unless the agreement says otherwise.
AI-assisted content
Some of our work uses AI tools. AI output can contain errors or resemble existing material. Clients should review all deliverables before publishing and remain responsible for how they use them, including any disclosure rules that apply on advertising platforms.
Portfolio and third-party websites
The gallery links to websites and videos created for or shown with permission of their owners. We are not responsible for the content or availability of third-party websites.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, send spam or harmful code, or copy content in bulk.
Disclaimer and liability
The site is provided "as is". We try to keep it accurate and available but do not promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, Nexora Vaults is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Liability for project work is limited as set out in the project agreement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and the courts of Qatar have jurisdiction, unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
