Who we are
Nexora Vaults is a digital creative studio based in Doha, Qatar, offering website design, website management, UGC video ads, AI twins and avatars, and UGC ads creation. Contact: info@nexoravaults.com, +974 3014 2283.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, company, phone number, the service you are interested in, and the project details you write. You choose what to enter.
- Direct contact: anything you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- Analytics data: we use Google Analytics (through the MonsterInsights and Site Kit plugins) to see how the site is used. This can include pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring website, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Technical data: your IP address and basic request details are processed by our hosting and caching services to deliver and secure the site.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss or deliver a project.
- To understand which pages work and improve the site.
- To keep the site secure and prevent spam.

We do not sell your personal data.
Where it is stored and who sees it
Contact form messages are emailed to info@nexoravaults.com and also stored in the website's database so we do not lose them. Only authorised people at Nexora Vaults can view them.
We use service providers to run the site, including our web host, Google (analytics and Google Fonts, which load from Google's servers and may receive your IP address), and email services. These providers process data on our behalf and may be located outside Qatar. We share data with others only where needed to provide our services, where you ask us to, or where the law requires it.

The site uses cookies for analytics and basic operation. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking analytics cookies does not stop you from using the site.
How long we keep data
We keep enquiry messages for as long as needed to handle your request and our follow-up, normally no longer than 24 months, unless a project relationship or legal duty requires longer. Analytics data is kept according to the retention setting in our Google Analytics account.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. Email info@nexoravaults.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. You may also contact the relevant data protection authority in Qatar if you believe your data is mishandled.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect data, but no website or transfer over the internet is completely secure.
Children
The site is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.

The site links to other websites, including client websites and social media profiles. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
